You are now more than three-quarters of the way through your pregnancy. And, you’ll be amazed at how quickly the remaining 10 weeks will go by. What once seemed so far away is really getting closer with every day which passes. Also, with all the changes, you are probably having some questions during this period. No worry, here are symptoms and tips at 30 weeks pregnant.
Back pain is a common issue during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester because of your additional weight gain. With about 10 weeks left before your baby arrives, you’ll be happy to know there are a number of things that can help.
You should ask your doctor to make sure you’re gaining an appropriate amount of weight. Gaining too much weight not only adds more risks to your pregnancy, but it also can increase your back pain as well. Next, you might want to focus on your posture more. If you find it difficult to stand or sit up straight with your belly weighing on you, then a pregnancy support belt can do the trick. And, if you are still working, just make sure that your workplace has been set up to create an ergonomic environment. After everything you did, if the back pain is still bothering you, we suggest speaking with your doctor or having a massage.
Your body produces the hormone relaxin, which causes your pelvic ligaments and joints to loosen, and also relaxes the ligaments in your feet, allowing the bones to separate a bit. This, plus the fact that your increased weight puts more pressure on your foot arches, causing them to fall, makes your feet grow. Some moms go up a full shoe size during their pregnancy. It shows that pregnancy can affect both foot size and structure. While swelling from fluid retention is likely to subside post-delivery, pregnancy can permanently alter your foot arch. If you’re still using high heels, consider switching to flat shoes that offer more support. Plus, it can also help prevent back pain.
When your second trimester gives you a bit of relief from emotional ups and downs, it’s perfectly normal to start experiencing more mood swings in the third trimester. You’ve got a lot on your mind, and that coupled with your increased exhaustion can put your nerves on edge.

Difficult to Sleep
During your third trimester, your belly is making it quite difficult to sleep and turn. Sometimes you can only sleep in the supine position. So, we suggest purchasing a pregnancy pillow immediately. While a pregnancy pillow won’t fix all of the problems you are experiencing, it can help get you in a comfortable position for sleeping.
