What is BabyChortle's payment method?

At the moment, we only accept purchases via Paypal. We will continue to add more payment methods in the future.

Note: All payments are processed in USD. And, purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as Merchandise Credit

Do I receive any notification after placing an order?

Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via their email a couple of minutes after your payment has been processed.

When will I receive my order?

You should receive your order in 3-7 working days. We will send you an update once your order is dispatched. Also, you will receive an order ID for you to keep track of easier. Visit our order tracking site to check your order status.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To cancel your order, you need to contact our Customer Service and request a cancellation. Keep in mind that your requests must be submitted within 1 hour from the time of the order. 

When we have confirmed that your order is canceled, we will send you an email as confirmation. You can also request a modification to your order in case you changed your mind.

What is our return/exchange time frame?

Note that different kinds of items will have different time frames to return/exchange. Our return time frame is varied from 30 to 90 days. You can read more about our return/exchange policy here.

Can I purchase Babychortle products in my country?

We are working hard to expand our geographical reach as soon as possible. If you can't order or have a question about your specific country, please get in touch.
